1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the dadu92 platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by dadu92. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any game or feature on the Platform, you ("User", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on the dadu92 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dadu92 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify dadu92 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing access with third parties is prohibited.
• dadu92 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and to retain any balance in those accounts where fraudulent or abusive intent is identified.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the dadu92 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are published in your account settings and may be updated by dadu92 from time to time.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. dadu92 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless dadu92 approves an alternative in writing.
• dadu92 reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delay or account suspension.
• Withdrawals may not be processed if there is a pending investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or other policy violations on your account.
• dadu92 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The receiving payment method must be registered in the name of the account holder.

5. Bonus Terms

From time to time, dadu92 may offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback promotions, and other incentive programmes to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and terms that are disclosed at the time of offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that wager. dadu92 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, on incorrect odds, or in circumstances where a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the game.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Requests to cancel confirmed bets will not be accepted except where expressly permitted by dadu92 rules for a specific market.
• dadu92 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time, including during live events, at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, the records held by dadu92's systems shall be considered definitive unless a clear technical error is demonstrated.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Test, ODI, and T20 formats — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the dadu92 Platform are prohibited from engaging in any conduct that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to dadu92 or other users. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or claim duplicate bonuses.
• Attempting to exploit identified or perceived technical errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.

dadu92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to report such activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dadu92 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial losses from gambling activity, service interruptions, or technical failures.

• dadu92 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside dadu92's control may result in temporary unavailability.

• dadu92's total liability to any user, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
